ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
LOW LANE CLAYTON BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 686) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable telecoms works proposed to be executed on or near Low Lane, Clayton intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Low Lane, Clayton from a point outside Valley Farm to a point 350 metres in a westerly direction of Valley Farm. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Low Lane (unaffected section), Cockin Lane, Brow Lane, The Avenue, Town End Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect on 2nd May 2017 and remain in force until 4th May 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 20th day of April 2017
