Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Application No: 2022/23782/HH. Proposal: Proposed first floor extension and single storey extension to south elevation for Mr & Mrs Richard & Cally Drake. Location: 7 Smithy Fold Kildwick BD20 9BB Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2022/23742/FUL. Proposal: Proposed new build detached eco dwelling within existing garden plot for Mr & Mrs Gregory. Location: 3 Gainsborough Court Skipton BD23 1QG Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2022/23853/HH. Proposal: Replacement of timber to Upvc windows to existing dwelling and barn for Mr Stephen Whitley. Location: Mevell Hall 76 High Street Gargrave BD23 3LX Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2022/23761/HH. Proposal: Proposed two storey extension to gable elevation including rear dormer and single storey extension to front elevation to create porch area for Mr Rebby Tapsell. Location: 3 Manor Rise Thornton-in-Craven BD23 3TP Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2022/23844/LBC. Proposal: Replacement of cellar window; repair and redecoration of windows including upgrading of parting bead to include brush strip for Mr Simon Johnson. Location: 3 The Terrace Duke Street Settle BD24 9AW Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Buildi ng.
