LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that I, Adam Neil Davies have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Beer Engine, 1 Albert Street, Skipton, BD23 1JD. FOR Extension of licensable area as a result of extension to existing premises (no. 1) to incorporate no.3. Also to add additional hours for retail of alcohol on Christmas Eve 12:00 to 00:00, Christmas Day 11:00 to 23:00 and New Years Eve 12:00 to 02:00. Also to add conditions requiring CCTV and updating Challenge 21 to Challenge 25 conditions. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 8th December 2021. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
