LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that we Gateways Event Ltd have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Aireville Park, Gargrave Road, Skipton BD23 1QR FOR THE SALE BY RETAIL OF ALCOHOL AND PROVISION OF REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT AT THE GATEWAYS FESTIVAL ON 6TH TO 8TH AUGUST 2021 TO COMMENCE ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN PREVIOUSLY GRANTED. FRIDAY 14:00-22.00, SAT 11:00-22.00 AND SUN 11.00-22.00 WITH ALCOHOL SALES ENDING AT 21.15 EACH DAY. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 1st June 2021. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. Further information may also be found on the Licensing website: https://www.cravendc.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
