Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015,
Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
Craven District Council has received the following
applications that are required to be advertised it under the
above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: 2020/21694/FUL. Proposal: Proposed
conversion of an equestrian building to form 8 holiday lets
for Miss Fitton. Location: The Old School Bank Newton
Skipton BD23 3NT Reason(s): Affects the setting of a
Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/21692/FUL. Proposal: Conversion
of domestic store to 2-bedroom dwellinghouse, including
single storey extension and raised terrace to rear for Mr
Philip Angus. Location: Adjacent to 2 Bank Hall Main
Street Ingleton LA6 3HQ Reason(s): Affects the character
and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the
setting of a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/21693/LBC. Proposal: Listed
building consent for conversion of domestic store to
2-bedroom dwellinghouse, including single storey
extension and raised terrace to rear for Mr Philip Angus.
Location: Adjacent to 2 Bank Hall Main Street Ingleton
LA6 3HQ Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: 2020/21636/VAR. Proposal: Application
for variation of condition no. 2 (Approved Plans) and no. 7
(Tree Protection) on planning permission referenced
2019/20376/FUL granted 03 July 2019 for GTEC Property
Holdings Limited. Location: The Barn Hammon Head Hall
Hollin Lane Clapham Reason(s): Would affect the route of
a public right of way.

Representations can also be sent in writing to

27th August 2020. All comments received will be
available for public inspection and will be viewable on
the internet along with the application details.
However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures,
telephone numbers and email addresses from
appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning
permission for a householder (HH) application, that is
considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any
representations made will be sent to the Secretary of
State and there will be no further opportunity to comment
at the appeal stage.
Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13
weeks for major planning applications). Details of the
decision will not automatically be sent to those that have
