Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure)


Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2019/21096/FUL. Proposal: Application for upgrade to existing extractor and ventilation for Bollywood Cottage. Location: Bollywood Cottage 60 - 62 High Street Gargrave BD23 3LX


Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: 2019/21226/MMA. Proposal: Minor material amendment to vary condition no 2 (Approved Plans) of planning approval referenced 2019/20838/FUL granted 31 October 2019 for Mr M Dodgson. Location: 4, 6 & 8 Chapel Street Settle BD24 9HS Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. The applications are available to view and for comment online at https://publicaccess.cravendc.gov.uk/online-applications or electronically at 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ. Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 17th January 2020. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Decisions are normally made within eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
