ROBERTS Val December 7, 1926 - August 25, 2020 Now at peace having died at home after several years of failing heath. She was a fantastic Mum to; Judith, Sarah and David and respective spouses Tom and Brettle. A truly well-loved and loving granny to all the grandchildren and growing band of great grand-children. Seventy years of "open house" hospitality and good listening, and her strong faith have been her core throughout. Private Funeral service and cremation to be held on 11th September. Judith, Sarah and David, I remember your mother so well and the little stile you had to get from your garden to Margaret Salter's. I was Vicky Parkhouse then and I played with you a lot when my mother Eva was working for your mother. I am sorry for your loss, Val was a great lady.
