Maire capped by North Yorkshire

Maire Crosse, a 14 year-old student of Ampleforth College who lives in Ilkley, has been selected for the North Yorkshire County Hockey squad.
Maire completed four training weekends held throughout the county prior to her selection and will be playing a pivotal role in the county team as centre midfield.
At school Maire has played for her year group, the U-15s, and the first teams.
In addition Maire (along with five other Ampleforth girls) has regularly represented Ryedale and Scarborough district.
