Racheal Bamford produced a stunning run
Otley’s Racheal Bamford has qualified for the Aviva Olympic and UK Trials after a stunning performance in Birmingham.
She ran a life-time best of 4min 24sec to finish second in the 1,500 metres at the England and Northern Athletics Senior Track and Field Champ- ionships staged in the Alexander Stadium Her time qualified her for the trials and came 24 hours after she had finished third in her heat in 4:26.
