Guiseley's Steve Kittrick was today named the Blue Square Bet North manager of the month for March.
Fixture congestion led to Kittrick’s side playing nine league games during the month in a bid to overhaul long-term leaders Hyde.
The period included a 1-0 win at Hyde as well as an impressive away victory over fellow promotion chasers FC Halifax Town.
Guiseley collected 20 points from a possible 27, with their only defeat coming away at Gloucester City - their opponents at Nethermoor tomorrow night.
