West Riding County Amateur League Division One: Hunsworth 4 Ventus Yeadon Celtic 6
TERENCE Hargreaves made an early bid for the match ball when Ventus Yeadon Celtic got off the mark for the season at Hunsworth, who were relegated from the top flight in 2015-16 without winning a game.
He scored five of the visitors' goals, with the other coming from Nick Mansell.
However, Celtic, who had lost their opening two matches to Thornton United and West Horton, had to recover from 2-0 down at half-time against hosts who have already tasted victory this season.
Michael Brame netted the only goal in Celtic's 8-1 setback at Thornton United, while he was also on target in the 3-2 home defeat by West Horton, Elliott Phillips getting the other.
Celtic, who host Westbrook YMCA tonight, are at Tyersal on Saturday (2.30) and face YMCA in the reverse fixture next Wednesday (6.00).
