GUISELEY have signed Leeds United midfielder Alex Purver on loan until January 2.
Purver has yet to make a senior appearance for Leeds, but he played in 33 games for their under-21 team last season.
The 20-year-old, who can also play at right-back, signed a new one-year deal with the Championship club in June.
Guiseley are currently bottom of the National League, having lost their opening four games of the season.
Purver said: "I'm delighted to be joining Guiseley. I've enjoyed being in the Leeds United youth squads, but I can't wait to play for Guiseley.
"I'm looking forward to playing competitive senior football here and this is a big step in my development.
"I'd be open to staying the whole season at Guiseley if it is going well for me."
