RAWDON have finished a plucky second in the Yorkshire Inter-District Union's Junior Championship at Rudding Park Golf Club, near Harrogate.
With the best two stableford scores of the three team members to count, Dan Payne, Elliott Rostron and Kieron Donohue continued to represent the Bradford & District Union well, having won their junior team championship at West Bradford.
Elliott equalled the highest score of the day with 40 points, and Dan scored 34 as they were beaten by Doncaster.
