Baildon go into their SSE Yorkshire Division Three derby at Old Grovians on Saturday with a mixture of nerves and anticipation.
The Jenny Laners know they must lay down a marker after their 13-6 defeat to Northallerton but Grovians are being tipped as outside bets for promotion.
Baildon need to reclaim the buoyant mood which prevailed after their dismantling of Rotherham Phoenix in the Yorkshire Silver Trophy.
However, the core of the Baildon team know that sticking to their game-plan is essential to any victory, and they must not allow themselves to be frustrated, which can attack a player's confidence, as they try to grind out a derby win.
