Guiseley’s FA Youth Cup tie at home to Brighouse Town had to be abandoned after visiting goalkeeper Matthew Hirst suffered a broken ankle.
He had bravely come out to save at the feet of Guiseley substitute Ashley Tatler when he was injured, but could only watch as the ball rebounded to Danny Dalton, who calmly found the net to make it 2-2.
Ben Whitfield got Guiseley’s other goal and the tie will now be replayed at Brighouse Town.
