Bethany's Smile Bond-themed ball will help sick children

Tickets are still available for a James Bond-themed charity ball to raise money for sick children.

Signed items from Daniel Craig will be auctioned at the event, at Headingley Stadium, on Saturday.

The ball will also feature a contest to find the best 007 and Bond girl lookalikes – to be filmed in the event’s very own Casino Royale-style movie.

The Bethany’s Smile charity, founded by Horsforth schoolgirl Bethany Hare, is organising the fundraiser.

Tickets for the charity ball cost £40 each and include a drink on arrival, three-course meal, coffee and mints.

Bethany’s mum, Yvonne, said a few tickets are still available due to cancellations.

“It is all set to be a fantastic evening,” she added.

E-mail Bethanyssmile @virginmedia.com to order tickets.

The charity is also asking individuals and shops to donate unwanted items of clothing, shoes, handbags and jewellery for a fashion show, at Headingley Stadium, on November 15.
