Search and rescue teams were called to Ilkley Moor on Monday (October 8) to help an injured walker.
Calder Valley Search and Rescue Team and Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association (UWFRA) were called to popular walking route Rocky Valley on the moor early on Monday afternoon, to reports of an injured woman.
The Calder Valley team helped the 42-year-old woman, who had suffered a lower leg injury, to a waiting ambulance at the edge of the moor. UWFRA members helped out and played a support role at the scene.
The woman was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary.
