Hunt on for Burley-in-Wharfedale muggers

A gang of robbers who targeted three teenage boys is being hunted by police.

The incident happened on Sunday on Grange Road, Burley-in-Wharfedale.

The three youths were app-roached by a group of men who searched them and stole a small amount of money and a mobile phone.

None of the boys were injured in the attack but they were said to be shaken.

The first suspect is described as white, 5ft11, and of medium build. He is said to be approximately 17-years-old, and was wearing a dark, hooded top with a possible piercing on his left eyebrow.

The second suspect was also described as white, around 6ft4, of average build. He was wearing a dark coloured hooded top with a scarf covering the lower half of his face.

The third suspect was said to be smaller in height, wearing dark clothing with his hood up.
