A RETRO Memories Weekend will be held in Otley next month.
The event, organised by Town Mayor Councillor Nigel Francis, takes place at Otley Rugby Club on Saturday May 12 and Sunday, May 13.
The proceedings on Saturday will begin with a 1pm to 2pm talk by Graham L Hall and Peter Clayton, from Radio Caroline.
That will be followed by a 2.30pm to 4.30pm presentation on the history of Avro Works and Yeadon airport, by Ken Cothliff.
Then in the evening there will be a 7.30pm concert featuring Charlie Chuck - from the Smell of Reeves and Mortimer fame - and a support act playing 'golden oldies'.
The Radio Caroline talk is free to attend though a collection will be held, while tickets for both the airport talk and evening show cost £5 each, or £4 for concessions.
Tickets are available from the Otley Core, on Orchard Gate.
Cllr Francis is also hoping to put on several talks on the Sunday - including one on The UK's Largest Mobile Disco - featuring more DJs.
