BURLEY Scout & Guide Group would like to say a huge thank you to all the pupils and staff of Burley Oaks School who recently held a "mile a day" sponsored event which raised £1,065 for the Burley Scout & Guide Hut Appeal.
Sue Vint, Guide Leader said: "This is absolutely fantastic for the hut appeal. Thank you to everyone at Burley Oaks school and to the school council for choosing us as their charity. Helen and I were delighted to accept the school's donation in assembly."
