AN OTLEY garden centre will be one of Otley Carnival's new sponsors for 2017.
Stephen H Smith's will be sponsoring the next Queens Evening, on March 10, where the Carnival Committee chooses its new Queen along with her assistants and consort.
Press and Publicity Officer Nigel Gill said: "On behalf of the committee I would like to thank Stephen H Smith’s for sponsoring our Queens Evening.
"It is brilliant one of our local businesses can support one of the town’s main events.

The committee has also thanked everyone who helped it raise £518 at the Victorian Fayre last Sunday.
The money will be added to the total being collected for the 2017 carnival's three beneficiaries - Otley Parish Church Bell Restoration Appeal, Otley Skate Park Users Group, and Otley Science Festival.
