HORSFORTH footballers are celebrating after receiving a sponsorship boost for their team which was set up just four years ago.
AFC Horsforth, who play in the West Yorkshire League, are being given a two year home strip sponsorship by Leeds Building Society.
Club chairman, Chris Peachey, said: "Since our formation in 2012 outside sponsorship has been crucial in allowing us to offer the best equipment and facilities for all our players. This support from Leeds Building Society is a fantastic boost to the club and will allow us to continue with our plans for the future.
"We want to become an integral part of the West Yorkshire League and look to expand our offering so we can start to look at incorporating junior teams and play a central role in our local footballing community. We hope this will be the start of a long partnership."

"As a building society, we are owned by our members and are pleased to support good causes in the communities where we and our members live and work."
