A fortnight of roadworks are about to start on Bridge Street, Otley.
NEW roadworks will begin on one of Otley's busiest roads next week.
The work starts on Bridge Street on Monday, September 26 and will include resurfacing footpaths and linking gas, water and electric supplies to Adlington House.*
Traffic lights will be be in operation during the works, most of which will be carried out between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Thursday.
Work on creating a new water supply connection, however, will take place on Sunday, October 2 after 4pm.
The roadworks are due to be completed by October 7.
*The 48 apartment, independent living retirement complex is being built on the former All Saints Middle School site, on Mill Lane, and due to be completed by October.
