AS part of a fund raising campaign for the extensive works needed on the church roof, St John's, Ben Rhydding is holding a family quiz night on Saturday evening.
Quizmaster will be Ben Rhydding resident Paul Holmes, assisted by Ian Smith. Well known in Ilkley and beyond as entertaining and consummate hosts of such occasions over many years, Paul and Ian are sure to make this a fun evening for all ages.
With prizes – and booby prizes – there will be question rounds on a wide variety of topics, as well as spot rounds, an interval picture quiz and a raffle. A cash bar will be available and light refreshments provided.
All this takes place in St. John's church hall on Saturday May 21 from 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Tickets, costing £5 each and free for children, can be obtained from the church office or on the evening at the door.
