A PAIR of luxury brands have joined forces to create an exceptional Christmas event for all the family.

Living Magazine – which is produced by the Gazette parent company – and the Garden Rooms at Tennants of Leyburn are holding a Christmas Fair, where visitors can treat themselves and their loved ones to fabulous gifts in magical, festive surroundings.

The venue for the two-day Winter Wonderland event is Tennants’ Garden Rooms, which is an exciting new attraction in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. There will be free parking and admission at the Garden Rooms, where visitors will be greeted with mulled wine and mince pies, served against the stunning backdrop of a majestic sweeping staircase.

A festive atmosphere is guaranteed during the event, which runs on December 18 from 10am to 6pm and December 19 from 10am to 4pm.

Father Christmas and his chief elf will travel all the way from the North Pole to the fair on December 19, in search of Christmas helpers.

Why not visit the toy-making workshop, where you can help prepare a special bear for you to take home?

Tickets for this Father Christmas experience are £8.50 and advance booking is essential.

More than 40 hand-picked designers and artisans will be at the fair, offering a wonderful range of goods from cashmere, jewellery and food and drinks to home wares.

But the fair will offer much more than just a shopping experience. Families will be able to enjoy lunch, coffee and cake in the Garden Rooms’ child-friendly café, complete with TV.

People can contact 01969 621146 or visit the Garden Rooms website tennantsgardenrooms.com to book their Father Christmas experience, lunch or beauty bar appointment, or get further information on the attraction.
