A CHARITY which provides help for premature and sick babies and their families staged a superheroes party.
Sarah Ramsden, of Bliss Airedale, organised the event to mark World Prematurity Day.
Nearly 100 people attended the party, at Dan's Den in Ilkley.
"Families from across the region came along and the children had a fabulous time in the soft play area," said Mrs Ramsden.
"Peer support can be invaluable to parents who engage with Bliss services.
"Dan's Den went out of its way to enable the party to happen and we're extremely grateful."
Mrs Ramsden and her husband, Matthew, visit Airedale Hospital's neonatal unit weekly, providing a link between families on the ward and services provided nationally by Bliss.
She also co-runs the Bliss Leeds and Airedale family group, which meets monthly at Menston Children's Centre.
