POLICE are urgently appealing for information to trace a woman who has gone missing from her home in Leeds.

Gaynor Walls, aged 44, from Tinshill, was last seen near Horsforth train station at about 3.30pm on Monday.

She is described as white, about 5ft 1in tall, of large build, with mahogany red dyed hair.

She is thought to be wearing a brown fleece jacket, black leggings and black leather shoes.

Detective Inspector Sean Duggan, of Leeds District CID, said: “We are very concerned for Gaynor’s welfare and urgently need to find her to establish that she is OK.

“We would like to hear from anyone who has seen her or who has any information that could assist in tracing her.

“She has gone missing before recently and was found in Scarborough where she does have friends.

“It is possible she could have travelled there again although equally she may still be in the Leeds area.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Special Operations Room at Elland Road via 101 quoting log number 1288 of February 23.
