A DROP-IN Neighbourhood Plan day will be held in Pool-in-Wharfedale next weekend.
The scheme’s steering committee is holding the information session at the Village Hall from 11am to 3pm on Saturday, February 7.
Residents, community groups and businesses are being invited to attend to find out more about a document that will, when completed, influence development in the village over the next 20 years.
Visitors can say what they want for the future of the community, while children will be encouraged to draw pictures of what they would like to see in Pool.
Plans for the new Pool Riverside Park will also be on on display, along with details about the village hall’s refurbishment plans and the Wharfedale Greenway scheme.
Cycling fans, meanwhile, can enjoy the first public screening of Pool’s Tour de France video, shot during the race’s historic visit to the village last July.
Refreshments will also be available.
