THE Bradford and District branch of the RSPCA is looking for a new honorary treasurer.
The candidate must have a professional banking or accounting background.
They must be able to attend the Mount Street, Bradford branch on an occasional basis.
It is a requirement the successful candidate be available for monthly evening committee meetings, usually the fourth Monday of each month.
The role will also include giving reports on the branch’s financial position and counter signing cheques.
The branch employs a full-time accountant who looks after all the day-to-day finances alongside their general manager, which means the need for manually writing accounts, Paye and book keeping is not required.
