An Otley business will support a local horse, pony and donkey trust’s fashion show this month.

Women’s clothing store Harriet’s is providing the outfits for the Hope Pastures Horse and Donkey Sanctuary event, which takes place at Weetwood Hall from 7.30pm on Friday, March 28.

A fashion evening held last September was also supported by Harriet’s and raised more than £1,500 for the charity.

This year’s event has a James Bond theme and will showcase new spring and summer fashions, hairstyles – Dmand of Adel will be styling – along with make-up.

Former Emmerdale actress Claire King will also be supporting the night again by drawing the prize raffle.

Fundraiser for the sanctuary, Lorraine Esteban, said: “We ran a very successful autumn/winter fashion show last September and we’re running the spring/summer show in response to the feedback from that.

“Although none of the ponies will be modelling this time, we have James Bond-related interest for the evening, which I’m sure the girls and ladies attending will appreciate.”

Guests will receive a welcoming drink and have a chance to buy any of the featured outfits.

Entry is by ticket only. To book a place or find out more, go to www.hope pastures.org or call Lorraine on (0113) 261 4344.
