Horsforth: three bedroom detached house with detached double garage, NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 09/04130/FU: additional window - north facing elevation at ground floor - living room. Additional velux roof light - west facing elevation. Land south of 6 Woodland Croft.

Horsforth: dormer to rear and hip to gable extension with window at side, 11 Victoria Mount. Horsforth: single storey extension with raised decking area to rear, 19 Far Reef Close. Horsforth: porch and canopy to side, 63 King Edward Avenue. Horsforth: part two storey, part single storey side/front and rear extension; convert existing integral garage to habitable living space; bay window and canopy to front, 22 St Margarets Avenue.

Otley: two storey side and single storey rear extension; replacement porch to front NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 11/02734/FU: chamfered side wall of side extension to ensure that required boundary distance maintained. A new site measure was conducted and it found that original site demensions were incorrect. 56 Weston Drive. Otley: consent, agreement or approval required by condition 4 of Planning Application 13/03666/FU, 14 Mercury Row.

Yeadon: two storey and single storey side extension with canopy to rear and alterations to driveway to front, 6 Ackworth Drive. Yeadon: one non illuminated sign, junction of Moorfield Road and Victoria Avenue.
