The following planning applications have been received by Leeds City Council:

Bramhope: T1, Sycamore. Remove to a 15ft habitat stick, the tree has a significant amount of decay at the base and has the potential to fail, 9 Hall Rise. Guiseley: fell four Scots Pine, 72 Oxford Avenue. Guiseley: three new stands, toilets, shop, refreshment bar, turnstiles and ground maintenance compound, Guiseley AFC, Otley Road. Guiseley: two storey and single storey side extension incorporating new pitched roof to existing porch and dormer window to front; single storey rear extension, 79 Westgate.

Horsforth: single storey front extension, 54 Southway. Horsforth: demolition of existing service station and redevelopment to provide a new petrol filling station, comprising of canopy/forecourt, sales building with ATM and car parking. Broadway Service Station, Broadway. Horsforth: five non-illuminated signs, 79A Town Street. Horsforth: demolition of existing buildings and outline application for demolition of existing buildings, and erect ten detached houses. The Manor, Calverley Lane.

Otley: single storey rear extension; dormer windows to front; raised terrace to rear and area of hardstanding to front NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 13/04415/FU: additional window to south elevation of previously approved rear extension. Sunnyside, Burras Avenue. Otley: single storey front extension, 3 Marriner Close. Otley: consent, agreement or approval required by conditions 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of planning application 12/02378/FU, Westgate House, 25 Westgate. Otley: fell one Horse Chestnut, land adjacent to Edward Johnson Otley Ltd, Carr Bank Garage, Carr Bank, Newall Carr Road. Otley: installation of external horticulture units to the front of store and associated works, Waitrose Ltd, 60 Westgate. Otley: two storey and single storey extension with Juliet balcony to rear, 83 The Crossways. Otley: various pruning works to be carried out to four trees of unknown species, 4 Grosvenor Terrace.

Pool-in-Wharfedale: first floor side and single storey front extension; alterations to roof forming habitable rooms in roof space, 3 Swallow Close. Pool-in-Wharfedale: single storey side/rear extension, 3 Manor Gardens.

Rawdon: removal of one Cypress, Oaklands Lodge, Woodlands Drive. Rawdon: part two storey, part single storey side/rear extension, 19 Canada Drive. Rawdon: consent, agreement or approval required by condition 3 of Planning Application 12/01110/FU, Springbrook Cottage, Apperley Lane. Rawdon: fell one Ash, one Sycamore and one Rowan, Fieldhead Surgery, 65 New Road Side.

Yeadon: single storey side extension, 29 Moorfield Croft.

The following planning applications have been submitted to Bradford Council.

Burley-in-Wharfedale: single storey front extension and raised decking to rear, 36 Sandholme Drive.
