Ryanair is celebrating six million passengers at Leeds Bradford Airport by offering cut-price seats.
The airline, which began operating at LBA 17 years ago, says it is releasing 100,000 seats at prices starting from £15.99. The seats are on more than 1,000 routes across the airline’s European network, for travel on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in January and February.
The £15.99 sale fare includes all non-optional taxes, charges and fees, The “all-in” low fares must be booked before midnight tonight.
Lisa Cashin, from the airline, said: “Ryanair is delighted to celebrate six million passengers at Leeds Bradford. Sixteen members from the Leeds Gymnastics Club were on hand to help us mark the occasion by creating a big ‘6’ representing this passenger milestone. Ryanair began operating at Leeds Bradford 17 years ago and today it offers passengers in the Yorkshire area a choice of 26 exciting European destinations.
