Final call to Wharfedale residents to get on guest list for over 90s party

A last call has gone out to people aged 90 and over living in Addingham, Ilkley, Burley-in-Wharfedale and Menston, who want to join the annual Ilkley and District Good Neighbours annual over 90s party The cut off date to register for the party is Thursday, September 12.
Free entertainment and afternoon tea will be provided on September 28 by Ilkley & District Good Neighbours, at the Clarke Foley Centre, Cunliffe Road, Ilkley from 2pm to 4pm. Free transport can be provided and partners/escorts of those who are less mobile will also be welcome.
In the company of the Lord Mayor of Bradford and the chairman of Ilkley Parish Council, guests will enjoy a medley of popular 1940s songs played by pianist Brian Mason. Joze School of Dance will put on a performance whilst guests enjoy afternoon tea. The afternoon will end with community singing led by Shirley Britton and Michael Loftus.
