Chance to have a go at 'life-drawing'
1:00pm Saturday 16th March 2013 in Local news
An all-day life drawing session will be held at an Otley art gallery later this month.
The event, suitable for artists of all abilities, will take place at The Old Grammar School Gallery from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, March 24.
One-to-one support from an experienced tutor will be available, and basic materials, including cartridge paper, newsprint, charcoal, ink, easels and boards will be provided.
Gallery manager Zack Whitehead said: “This is an exciting opportunity to draw an experienced model in a beautiful space, full of natural light with the chance to draw from an elevated balcony viewpoint.
“Alison Wallis is an experienced life drawing tutor and art teacher who has exhibited life drawings and other work throughout Yorkshire.”
The day costs £40. For more details send an e-mail to zackwuk@hotmail.com or visit togs-gallery.com
