Kate Atkinson will sign copies of book at Ilkley bookshop

Award-winning author Kate Atkinson will be signing copies of her new book in Ilkley on Friday, March 15, at 3.30pm.

The author of titles including Behind the Scenes at the Museum and the Jackson Brodie series will visit The Grove Bookshop to sign copies of her latest book, Life After Life.

Her latest release tells the story, or stories, of Ursula, born in 1910, following the various paths her life takes and the regular interventions of fate which open up different possibilities and endings. Mike Sansbury, assistant manager at The Grove Bookshop said: “The new book is really wonderful, much more in the style of her earlier work, and it is published on March 14, so this will be a very early chance for people not only to buy a copy, but to meet the author, have a chat and get a signed dedication.
