Charity fundraiser Bronagh Daly
The search is on for 60 people to take up the challenge to raise money for Airedale Hospital, to buy equipment for the new endoscopy unit.
Charity fundraiser Bronagh Daly has secured 60 places in the Jane Tomlinson running, swimming and walking events and is leading the way by raising funds herself.
Beginners and more experienced runners, swimmers and walkers alike are urged to join Bronagh as she takes on the Leeds 10K, Hull 10K and Leeds Half Marathon to raise funds for this worthy cause.
The running events start with the Leeds half marathon on May 12 and finish with the York 10K at the racecourse on August 4. Participants can choose to swim 500m or 1500m at Pugneys Country Park in Wakefield on June 23 from 9am.
There are a range of walking events which start with a family walk on April 28 in the Peak District through the Hope Valley and Castleton, alongside challenging routes and end on September 8 with five-mile, 13-mile and 22-mile walks through the Lake District.
If you would like details about the challenges, contact Bronagh on 07875 056577 or (01535) 294546.
