Otley events will aid day of prayer

Otley Methodist Church will host two events tomorrow in support of the Women's World Day of Prayer.
The event, which involves people across the world praying at the same time, has the theme of "I was a stranger and you welcomed me" as its theme this year.
A half hour meditation will be held at the Methodist Church at 10am on Friday, March 1, and be followed by a service, prepared by women in France, at 2pm.
Both services are open to all.
Celebrated in more than 170 countries each March, the Women's World Day of Prayer is designed to help people across the globe find out more about different cultures and share a moment of reflection.
