Elegant age is brought to town in Ilkley course
8:00am Saturday 2nd March 2013 in Local news
On Saturday, March 16, a day course is being offered by the Ilkley Workers Education Council on “The Age Of Elegance In York”.
Presented by Warwick Burton, an official York city guide, and an accomplished tutor and speaker, this promises to illustrate the importance of some of the key buildings of York in an age long gone, without members having to travel the 40 miles or so to the city in order to hear the story from one of its most eminent historians.
For more information and pre-enrolment call the WEA on (0113) 245 3304.
