Concern is growing over a missing teenager who was last seen in Guiseley .
Police are appealing for information to trace 16-year-old Thomas Thornton, who has not been seen since February 7.
The last sighting of Thomas was in the Guiseley area where he has recently been living. Police say they are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare and they are asking him or anyone who may have information to get in touch.
The missing teenager is described as white, 5 ft 6, of stocky build with a fresh complexion and short dark hair. When he was last seen he was thought to be wearing a black hooded top, which has red coloured writing on it, and black Adidas tracksuit bottoms.
In the past Thomas has been known to frequent Leeds city centre and the Harehills area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC 2635 Martin Hirst in the Leeds District Safeguarding Unit via 101.
