Otley store’s year of fundraising for animal charity

A regional animal charity has been chosen as an Otley shop’s ‘partner’ for the coming year.
The Original Factory Shop’s local branch will support West Yorkshire Animals In Need over the next 12 months.
Employees at the store will embark on a variety of fundraising events to help the charity raise a minimum of £500.
The charity was chosen after the shop asked customers to nominate deserving groups.
Store manager Peter Darroch said: “We received a fantastic response to our Make A Difference appeal. We’re very excited about raising money for West Yorkshire Animals In Need this year and we’ll be meeting them to make sure we take advantage of every opportunity to support them.
“I’m sure our caring customers will be right behind us and help us raise much-needed funds for our partner.”
The Original Factory Shop’s Make A Difference In Your Community campaign was first launched in 2010 and has helped local causes across the UK raise more than £300,000 since.
