A senior Bradford Council highways engineer, recycling officer and council warden will answer questions from residents at the Menston Neighbourhood Forum on Tuesday, February 5.

Principal highways engineer Simon D’Vali will give an update on traffic and highways work at the meeting, which will take place at Kirklands Community Centre, on Main Street.

Council recycling officer Edith Grooby will discuss the plans for the future and council warden Liz Bailey will update villagers on her work and answer questions.

Menston Community Association and Menston Parish Council will also give updates on their activities during the meeting.

Issues to be discussed include the planned Derry Hill and Bingley Road housing developments, section 106 planning agreements for the village and flooding and drainage problems.

There will also be an update on Menston in Bloom and an open forum and general section for other village issues at the end of the meeting.

The meeting begins at 7.30pm.
