Ilkley Upstagers are promising audiences will go to the ball for their 2013 family pantomime.
This year, Upstagers Youth Theatre Group is celebrating 25 years of pantomimes and will perform the classic fairytale Cinderella at the Kings Hall, Ilkley, from later this month.
Cinderella has been a favourite with pantomime audiences over the years and the cast of local young people, from youngsters to teenagers, promises a show full of energy, audience participation and family fun.
The production follows the enchanting tale of Cinderella, her ugly sisters, the dashing prince and a missing glass slipper.
It features the spectacular costumes, music and dancing that Ilkley audiences have come to expect and love from Upstagers.
Performances are from Friday, January 25, to Saturday, February 2, at 7.15pm, with matinees on Saturdays and Sunday at 2.15pm.
Tickets cost £12 and £8 for concessions, telephone (01943) 607944.
The box office at the Upstagers Barn will be open from January 19 to February 2 between 11am and 1pm.
