FORUM 2000: The group will resume its meetings on January 9 when Stuart Andrew MP will talk about My work in Pudsey and Westminster, a talk postponed from September. The following week, January 16, will see Martin Hughes, a member of Horsforth Town Council’s planning strategy committee, addressing a subject which has roused passions in the area for some years: National to Local Planning Policy – How we can shape local policy.
