The Horsforth branch of the Leeds Building Society has a new manager.

Jessica Rawling (pictured left) joined the building society as a customer service adviser in 2004, after finishing her A-levels. Since then she has worked in a number of branches, with the most recent being Boston Spa, which was named branch of the year in 2010 and 2011.

She said: “I have worked at various branches throughout my career at the Society and learnt a lot from these experiences, so I will bring a range of knowledge and skills to my new role. “The branch I previously managed, Boston Spa, was the top performing Leeds Building Society branch two years in a row. This accolade was achieved against the competition of the Society’s 65 national branches.

“I now want to deliver the best service in the marketplace to our customers in Horsforth. There are many local businesses and organisations that I am looking forward to working with to build Leeds Building Society’s profile in the local area, whilst introducing many new members to the branch.”
