A DISPLAY of abstract paintings by Diana Henderson will be held in Otley next month.
The 81 year old artist, who lives in Otley, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease more than 20 years ago but has refused to let that stop her working.
An exhibition of her recent - mostly acrylic and collage - works begins at Otley Courthouse on Monday, October 2 and runs until Sunday, November 5.
Small illustrated books containing Diana's notes, sketches and ideas will also be on display in the venue's foyer during the display.
Visitors will be able to meet the artist, meanwhile, between 1.30pm and 2.30pm on Saturday, October 7 at a preview event, when refreshments will be available from the Courthouse cafe.
Her paintings will be available for viewing during the venues' normal opening times, from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday, and admission is free.
