THE MADCAP humour of Monty Python is being brought to Yeadon with the staging of Spamalot.

Hot on the heels of its latest productions The Addams Family and The 39 Steps, BrassNeck is now bringing classic British comedy to the town.

A show described as "a musical lovingly ripped off from the motion picture Monty Python and the Holy Grail",

Spamalot tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. It features a bevy of beautiful show girls and witch burnings as well as cows, killer rabbits, plenty of coconuts and the French taunters. It also has everyone’s favourite Python characters including The Knights that say Ni, The Dark Knight and the Lady of the Lake – not to mention the shrubbery.

The show features the songs He Is Not Dead Yet, Knights of The Round Table, Find Your Grail and the "Nation's Favourite Comedy Song" Always Look on the Bright Side of Life.

Billed as a must see for theatre and Python lovers alike, the show promises to provide a night of laughs and fun. Spamalot runs from November 15 to November 19 at 7.30pm from Tuesday to Friday and at 1.30pm and 6pm on the Saturday at Yeadon Town Hall.
