TRAINING and management consultancy Dutton Fisher Associates (DFA) has been recognised as one of the best learning and development organisations in the country for its partnership with one of Britain’s leading businesses.

The Ilkley-based firm has been shortlisted as one of five finalists in the Best HR/L&D supplier category of the national Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) People Management Awards for its support for BAE Maritime Submarines.

Dutton Fisher Associates director, Jo Fisher, said: “We are delighted to be recognised for our contribution to BAE.

Dutton Fisher Associates comprises a team of 14 learning and development professionals, under the directorship of Paul Dutton and Jo Fisher. DFA has nationwide clients across a wide range of sectors, including engineering and manufacturing, health and social care and social housing.

Winners will be will be announced at the awards dinner at the Grosvenor Hotel in London on September 27.
