VOLUNTEERS from Horsforth McDonald's have been cleaning up a local cemetery.
The group of 15 volunteers worked with the Friends of Lawnswood Cemetery to collect debris, clear pathways of fallen branches and pick up weeds from the gardens.
Franchisee, Pritpal Singh, said: "It was great to see the group from the Horsforth restaurant come together and take the time to tidy up the cemetery, and I’d like to thank everyone involved.
"As a business, we understand the important role we play in making the area a better place, and events like these can help make a big impact in the local area."
