Guiseley: consent, agreement or approval required by condition 4 of Planning Application 13/03681/FU, 122 Otley Road. Guiseley: first floor extension and detached garage to side; hard standing to front, 1 Nursery Road. Guiseley: single-storey side and rear extension, 41 Moorway.
Horsforth: internal alterations including lintels to first floor, FA Lachmann Consultants, 94A New Road Side. Horsforth: removal of Internal wall, installation of solid roof to existing conservatory and electrical work, Nonsuch Lodge, Outwood Lane. Horsforth: demolition for the purpose of site clearance, Horsforth Fulfilling Lives, Church Lane.
Otley: alterations to remove internal wall, 4 Prince Henrys Court. Otley: removal of load bearing wall and insertion of patio doors, 46 North Avenue.
Yeadon: loft conversion, 5 Alexandra Terrace.
